摘要

闹了个闹是一款无需注册、无需登录的闹钟应用。你的闹钟、挑战记录等数据默认只保存在你自己的设备上，我们没有任何会收集你数据的服务器，也无法读取它们。

有两处例外会让数据离开设备，我们如实说明，不藏在长文里：

1. 天气功能：只有当你使用天气功能时，才会把你的大致位置（经纬度，精度约 1 公里）发送给第三方天气服务 Open-Meteo。
2. 语音朗读挑战：该挑战依赖 Apple 的语音识别服务，录音可能由 Apple 处理。

一、我们不收集什么

• 我们不要求注册或登录，没有账号体系，因此不收集你的姓名、邮箱、手机号或任何身份标识。
• 我们不含任何第三方 SDK，没有统计分析、没有广告、没有崩溃上报。
• 我们不追踪你在其他 App 或网站上的行为，不做跨 App 画像。
• 我们没有会收集你数据的服务器，无法访问你设备上的任何数据（我们只运营一个发布本政策等服务条款页面的静态网站，它不接收也不存储你的任何信息）。

二、保存在你设备上的数据

以下数据仅存储在你的 iPhone / iPad 本机（UserDefaults、SwiftData 及 App 的沙盒文件），我们不读取、不上传：

• 闹钟配置（时间、重复规则、标签、铃声、主题）
• 挑战类型与难度设置
• 闹钟触发历史、计时器与秒表记录
• 你的偏好设置（外观、语言、默认值等）
• 你在设置中填写的昵称（仅用于本机展示头像首字）

删除方式：删除本 App 即删除以上全部数据。我们无法帮你恢复，因为我们也拿不到。

三、会离开设备的数据

1. 位置信息 → Open-Meteo（第三方）

• 触发条件：仅当你主动使用天气功能时。不打开天气，就不会有任何位置数据离开设备。
• 发送内容：纬度、经度（保留 2 位小数，精度约 1 公里）。不发送设备标识、用户标识或任何可关联到你个人的信息。
• 接收方：Open-Meteo（api.open-meteo.com），一个公开的免费天气数据服务。
• 用途：获取当地实时天气与 7 天预报。
• 城市搜索：当你手动搜索城市时，你输入的城市名称会发送到 geocoding-api.open-meteo.com 用于查询坐标。

2. 语音识别 → Apple

• 触发条件：仅当你使用「语音朗读」挑战时。
• 说明：该功能使用 Apple 系统提供的语音识别（Speech 框架）。我们未强制开启设备端识别，因此录音可能被发送至 Apple 的服务器进行转写。音频与转写结果不经过我们（我们没有接收用户数据的服务器），我们也不保存任何录音。

四、系统权限与用途

App 只会在你实际使用对应功能时请求权限。你可以随时在「设置 → 隐私与安全性」中关闭，关闭后仅对应功能不可用，不影响闹钟本身。

五、订阅与支付

• 会员订阅由 Apple 通过 App Store 处理。我们不接触、不存储你的支付方式、银行卡号或账单地址——这些信息全部由 Apple 持有。
• 我们只能从 Apple 获得「该订阅当前是否有效」的结论，以及一笔交易的非敏感标识（用于将来在你有账号后把订阅关联到账号）。

六、儿童

本 App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。由于我们不收集任何个人信息，这一点天然成立。

七、你的权利

• 查阅 / 更正：所有数据都在你设备上，你可以在 App 内直接查看和修改。
• 删除：删除 App 即可。我们无法、也不会保留任何副本。
• 关闭数据传输：不使用天气功能即可；语音挑战也可选择不使用其他挑战类型替代。

八、本政策的变更

若将来我们接入自有服务器（用于在设备间同步闹钟数据），我们会：

1. 在变更生效前更新本政策，明确说明新增收集哪些数据、存于何处、保留多久；
2. 在 App 内以显著方式告知，而非仅更新本页面；
3. 在同步功能首次启用前，单独征得你的同意。

在收到你的明确同意之前，我们不会上传你已有的数据。

Summary

NaoNao Alarm is an alarm clock app that requires no account and no sign-in. Your alarms and challenge history are stored only on your own device. We operate no server that collects your data, and cannot read it.

There are exactly two exceptions where data leaves your device, stated plainly rather than buried:

1. Weather — only when you use the weather feature, your approximate location (latitude/longitude, ~1 km precision) is sent to the third-party service Open-Meteo.
2. Voice challenge — this challenge relies on Apple's speech recognition; audio may be processed by Apple.

1. What we do NOT collect

• We require no registration or login. There is no account system, so we collect no name, email, phone number, or identifier.
• We include no third-party SDKs — no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.
• We operate no server that collects your data and cannot access any data on your device (we run only a static website that publishes pages such as this policy; it receives and stores nothing about you).

2. Data stored on your device

The following stays on your iPhone/iPad (UserDefaults, SwiftData, and the app sandbox). We never read or upload it:

• Alarm configurations (time, repeat rules, label, ringtone, theme)
• Challenge types and difficulty settings
• Alarm trigger history, timer and stopwatch records
• Your preferences (appearance, language, defaults)
• The nickname you optionally enter in Settings (used only to render an avatar initial locally)

Deletion: deleting the app deletes all of it. We cannot restore it, because we never had it.

3. Data that leaves your device

a) Location → Open-Meteo (third party)

• When: only when you actively use the weather feature. If you never open weather, no location data leaves your device.
• What: latitude and longitude, rounded to 2 decimal places (~1 km precision). No device ID, user ID, or anything personally linkable.
• Recipient: Open-Meteo (api.open-meteo.com), a public free weather service.
• Purpose: local current conditions and a 7-day forecast.
• City search: when you search for a city, the city name you type is sent to geocoding-api.open-meteo.com to resolve coordinates.

b) Speech recognition → Apple

• When: only when you use the "read aloud" challenge.
• Details: this feature uses Apple's system speech recognition (Speech framework). We do not force on-device recognition, so audio may be sent to Apple's servers for transcription. The audio and transcript never pass through us (we run no server that receives user data), and we store no recordings.

4. Permissions and why

Permissions are requested only when you actually use the corresponding feature. You can revoke any of them in Settings → Privacy & Security; doing so disables only that feature, not the alarm itself.

5. Subscriptions and payment

• Subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment method, card number, or billing address — Apple holds all of it.
• We only receive whether a subscription is currently active, plus a non-sensitive transaction identifier (used to attach the subscription to your account once accounts exist).

6. Children

This app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. Since we collect no personal information at all, this holds by construction.

7. Your rights

• Access / correct: all data is on your device and editable in the app.
• Delete: delete the app. We keep no copy.
• Stop data transfer: simply don't use the weather feature; the voice challenge can be replaced with other challenge types.

8. Changes to this policy

If we later add our own server (to sync alarm data across devices), we will:

1. Update this policy before the change takes effect, stating exactly what is collected, where it is stored, and for how long;
2. Notify you prominently in-app, not merely by updating this page;
3. Obtain your separate consent before sync is enabled for the first time.

We will not upload your existing data before receiving that explicit consent.
